Throughout his career, he has held a variety of senior leadership roles, where he has been responsible for driving operational excellence, building strong client relationships, and leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Rob Garrett, Director of Operations
After serving in the Police Force, Rob transitioned into the facilities management sector, where he has built a strong track record in operational leadership. Over the years, he has held multiple senior roles, developing expertise in service delivery, compliance, and large-scale operational management.
Paulo Neves, Service Delivery Manager
Paulo is a highly experienced operations professional who has worked alongside Mike for over 15 years, building a strong reputation for his dedication, leadership, and commitment to service excellence. Originally arriving in the UK from Portugal, Paulo worked his way up through the management structure through hard work and determination, becoming a trusted and respected leader within the industry. Now bringing his experience to GVO, Paulo works closely alongside Rob overseeing the day-to-day service delivery operations, ensuring consistently high standards for clients and operational teams across the business.
Ann-Marie George, Service Support Manager
Ann-Marie has been part of GVO since the early days, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service. Working within the Service Delivery team and based in Sittingbourne, she oversees the ServiceLink functions and administration teams, helping to support the smooth day-to-day running of operations and service coordination across the business. Her organised approach and people-focused mindset make her a valued part of the team.
Leah Lacey, Business Development Manager
Leah brings a wealth of operational expertise and industry knowledge to GVO, having overseen large-scale service operations across complex environments for many years. As the sister of Mike and Rob, Leah has been closely connected to the business throughout its journey and now supports the continued growth of GVO in a business development role, building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping organisations deliver smarter, more efficient service solutions. Her hands-on experience and people-focused approach make her a valued part of the GVO team.
